Manage what PlayWindow stores, what connected families can see, and how you receive communications.
In PlayWindow, open Privacy or Family Profile settings to control which profile details, children information, neighbourhood details, allergies, notes, and availability are shared with connected families.
Use Settings to manage in-app and push-notification preferences. Device-level notification permission can also be changed in iOS or Android settings.
Calendar access is optional. You can stop future calendar syncing by removing or disabling the connected calendar in PlayWindow and in your device or calendar-provider settings.
Most account and family information can be reviewed and corrected directly in the app. For an access, correction, or portability request, contact PlayWindow Support from the email associated with your account.
You can permanently delete your account from Settings inside PlayWindow or through the public deletion page. This removes the account and associated family data from active systems, except limited information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Email support@playwindow.app from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
